How long do Feet Aid treatments typically last?
Most of our treatments at Feet Aid are designed to last 30-45 minutes and no more than 60 minutes, providing you with a thorough and relaxing experience in a calm and soothing environment.
What if I don't have 45 minutes for a treatment?
If you're pressed for time, we offer express versions of our treatments. Please inform us in advance, and we'll accommodate your schedule while still ensuring a rejuvenating experience.

Can I choose my nail polish color at Feet Aid?
Absolutely! We offer a selection of premium nail polishes designed to complement your style. For an additional AED 40, you can choose your favorite shade to add the perfect final touch to your manicure or pedicure.
Is there an additional cost for nail polish at Feet Aid?
Yes, there is an additional cost of AED 40 for feet and AED 35 for hands for choosing a nail polish color from our premium selection. This allows you to personalize your treatment with a shade that suits your style.
It started with the receptionist, not being aware of my appointment. She did not update the system because I had booked online in the morning. She told me that I booked the day before, but that was not the case. It’s a receptionist task to make sure you are on top of your appointments online or off-line. After updating her appointment system on her phone, she mentioned that someone will not be available on my chosen time because they don’t have anyone at the moment, but while I did my booking online, there were five available. She spoke in Tagalog with one of the people and got defensive when her colleague asked her why she did not look properly. She immediately went defensive and said something in the sense of “I was not the receptionist last night, and I did not do the bookings” just for her to get out of the trouble. I booked online on the morning of the treatment and I did not book last night, so her blaming someone else is not fair in this situation. The lady that assisted me was supposed to start at 11, however she assisted me at 10:30. She was nice however I don’t think she is very experienced because I need a medical pedicures and not a regular pedicure. When I told her about the problem toe she could not say much other than just mumbling a few words and not giving proper advice. I have a problem toe and her cutting my nail off too much without really doing something about it bothered me, and when I told her that she cut my nail off too much only thing she could do was apologize instead of explaining. She overall was OK, but I don’t think I would come here again. I will go back to my medical pedicure in Dubai even if that means I have to travel one and a half hour for one way.
